Dawid is an Investor at One Way Ventures, where he participates in diligence and project analysis across deals and supports a broad range of fund operations, including reporting, investor relations, fundraising support, and improving internal workflows. He has a particular interest in high-impact technologies across large and evolving markets.

Before joining One Way Ventures in 2023, Dawid built experience across business development, consulting, and investing. He began his career at Shopee, where he was part of the company’s first European business development and operations team during its expansion into Europe, working on flagship campaigns and the initial seller and buyer commission system.

He later joined Bain & Company, where he worked on private equity projects including market research, brand assessment, and target screening, and then worked at AIP Seed, a Poland-based VC fund, where he focused on early-stage investing. 

Dawid holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kozminski University.
